We select our pieces very carefully, taking into account the current trends and timeless pieces bringing them directly to you. Based in the UK our Customer Service is exceptional and we proudly serve each individual who takes the time to purchase our products, making the complete process an exquisite and pleasurable one. We are proud to announce that as a direct result we enjoy a very high customer return rate that speaks volumes.

By always keeping our customers at the forefront we strive to maintain competitive prices, fuelled by recommendations and reviews we keep quality high and prices low. We continually endeavour to reward our customers for shopping with us and pride ourselves with them returning time and time again.

For delivery within UK, VAT is included.

For all other destinations overseas, you may be subjected to import taxes, sales taxes and/or customs duties, which are collected from you once the shipment arrives at your country. House of Zayanci is unable to predict the total amount of the charges levied on the addressee due to the volatile nature of the rates and the different customs policies varying from country to country.

Taking care with your jewellery can ensure it is a lasting treasure:

  • Store your jewellery separately from each other as the metal may scratch the gemstone or pearl surfaces.
  • It is advisable to remove your jewellery when performing household chores, outdoor sports and gardening. If your ring or other jewellery has undergone trauma, such as having been dropped or knocked against hard surfaces, we strongly advise a professional check to ensure the firm setting of the diamond / gemstone.
  • Jewellery can be spoiled by many chemicals and all acids. The list includes hair spray, perfume, cosmetics, and even perspiration. Always apply perfume, hair products and cosmetics before putting on your jewellery.

Remember: when dressing, jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

We use Hermes / Royal Mail next day for ALL our products (unless it is specified pre order only) ordered before 1.00 pm. For international shipment we use FedEx, your shipment will arrive in outer packaging to keep its contents a secure. After you open the outer packaging, you will see our elegantly branded gift packaging, containing your jewellery.

Whilst all care is taken to ensure the images are accurate portrayal of the products lighting can make a difference. With the exception of earrings (due to hygiene reasons) our other products can be returned with the buyer responsible for postage. (Please refer to the Return’s Policy).

Please try to take pictures and send to our Customer Service email address or using the Contact US page as soon as possible. Any reports of faults or damages must be made within 5 working days. House of Zayanci reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and any decisions made are final. Please also refer to the Return’s Policy.

House of Zayanci products make the ultimate gift, we also offer a complimentary personalised message card, which is hand written for added authenticity. Please follow through the checkout process. For personalized message or personalized ribbon or both, add your message for each clearly in the ‘Additional information’ section. This is shown when you start the checkout process. For the ribbon it is a maximum of 30 characters including spaces. For the card please gauge using the card in our pics. You may also request to purchase a gift voucher which will arrive elegantly wrapped (please contact us regarding Gift Vouchers).
