We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service at all times and we always hope that you love the product you receive, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return to us. Please use the below steps to return.

∙ Returns must be notified within 14 days of purchase

∙ Use the contact page to email us to report your issue/request for return

∙ Please ensure you return the unworn, unopened item within 14 days from our confirmation of the return/refund

∙ The buyer is liable for the cost of postage incurred for the return

∙ Once we have received the item it will go through inspection and we will contact you to confirm the refund and process the  payment within 5 – 7 working days

∙ In the occasion of a faulty item you must report the fault with pictures where applicable to our email address within 5 working days. A replacement will be sent out to you once original item has been returned.

Please note that, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange earrings and body piercing products for hygiene reasons
