TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Overview

We require some information to process your order or issue personalised emails. This information helps us get your jewellery to you as quick as possible. When you register an account with us we will need your: Name and e-mail address. If you place an order we will need your relevant security details, credit card number; expiry date; telephone number; postal address and finally your billing address. Please note we never store credit card details.

Please be aware that we keep records of the live chats, telephone calls, emails and postal correspondence from you so we can provide you with the great customer service.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through the Website, we will send an email in confirmation that we have received and processing the order. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions. Orders placed through the Website represent an offer to purchase a product. It is accepted for each product when we send you an email to confirm that the order has been received. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.

It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We also recommend that you save your order confirmation email to facilitate any contact with customer service or for future references. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.

All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will refund any payments we have received from you as soon as possible and within 14 days.

Prices, Taxes and Payment Terms

Prices and payment details of products are specified on the website. Payment can be made by credit card, Debit card, PayPal. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT, import duties and other government-imposed taxes, duties, and levies. Please note that when an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected and regulated in your country. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that House of Zayanci has no control over these charges.

Our Rights to Cancel/Reject Orders

We reserve the right to decline any order you place with us. We may, at our exclusive discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e­mail and billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

CANCELATION & RETURNS

Returns – Please refer to the ‘Return’s Policy’. We will provide you with specific instructions so your return can be processed as fast as possible.

*Returns are not available for special orders or items that were engraved earrings, including any earrings (due to hygiene reasons).

Money-back guarantee- Once the return has been received, it will go through inspection. We only accept items in perfect condition, in a brand new and unused state. We will not accept any return if it shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition. Once the item is checked and found acceptable for refund, please allow 5-7 working days for processing the payment.

Promo Codes and Offer Promo Codes and Offers are made at our sole discretion and are subject to time validity, a valid Promotional Code should be entered during the checkout process for a product to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase or after the expiration of the code will not be acknowledged.

Delivery

All items are sent on tracked delivery. We shall reasonably endeavour to deliver the goods on the date stated in the order acknowledgement, but such dates are reasonable estimates only and the time for delivery shall not be of the essence.

We will not be liable to you for any unforeseeable loss, damage or expense you suffer which arises directly or indirectly from any delay in delivery of the goods which arises from circumstances outside of our control.

In the event that the Company is unable for any reason to fulfil any delivery of the goods on any estimated delivery date, the Company shall not be deemed to be in breach of contract or have any liability to the Customer.

If you fail to take delivery of the goods or we cannot deliver them because you fail to give adequate instructions, permission and/or access, our responsibility will end on the agreed delivery date and you will pay our reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage until actual delivery.

Loss or Damage in transit

Non-delivery must be notified to House of Zayanci in writing within 48 hours from the date under the Contract. Damage to goods or any shortfall must be notified in writing by the Customer to Us within 5 working days of delivery. The Company shall be entitled to make good any shortage or non-delivery of the goods.

Failure by the Customer to comply with Conditions will render void any possible claim of any nature against House of Zayanci.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this website or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, and govern your use of the Service, pre-empt any prior or synchronous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
